Debate For Peace Conference!

On Sunday, January 12, Agápe partook in a conference with Debate for Peace  at Park Avenue Synagogue. The evening brought together students for a thoughtful and respectful dialogue centered on one of today’s most complex conflicts.

Debate for Peace is an initiative designed to foster open, nuanced conversations across difference. During the event, participants engaged directly with Jewish and Muslim students from Israel, creating space for honest exchange, listening, and deeper understanding. Rather than seeking simple answers, the discussion encouraged curiosity, empathy, and the willingness to grapple with difficult perspectives.
