Thank you to everyone who attended our latke-making event at Central Synagogue on the evening of December 18th. In addition to coming together in celebration and community, participants wrote and decorated 15 postcards addressed to companies that continue to insure non-renewable energy corporations while failing to adequately insure communities affected by climate-related disasters.
